I am not the best cook in the world.

Umm...actually...I'm not even the best cook in our family.

But I do enjoy making lasagne for those I love.

I was NOT hoping to reveal our Christmas tree still lying in our backyard!

It really is the most magnificent Christmas tree ever!!

It still smells fabulous and refuses to drop any needles.

However, I do know we should have disposed of it properly by now.

On this day 22 years ago, I was excited to change my last name!

We couldn't have known where all God would lead us on our journey through life.

We only knew that we wanted to take the adventure together.

Today, my man planned a fun road trip combining several things I love and enjoy.

We took lots of photos, ate some yummy food and got plenty of kicks!!

One year ago today, our ballerina came here for her audition class.

So very grateful...

 for the beautiful friends she has made,

her excellent, professional instructors who challenge her daily,

the opportunities she has to grow as a dancer,

and all she has learned over the course of the year.
